Overseas Staff
BCA on-site resident directors ensure students receive every opportunity for cultural immersion. They are experienced international educators selected for language skills, academic training, management abilities and experience with issues and concerns of U.S. undergraduate students. Directors oversee the academic programs, which can include internships and independent studies, as well as arrange housing, orientations, field trips and excursions and other activities.
